This year, Picard is celebrating its 50th anniversary. 50 years of high standards and innovation to source quality ingredients and imagine ever more delicious recipes. 50 years of collaboration with partners who are passionate about their work and always want to do better.

To celebrate and mark this anniversary, Picard, one of the French people's favorite brands, launched an omnichannel activation campaign to reward its loyal customers on their birthday on May 15, 2024. When they checked out, in store or on picard.fr, each customer received 50 bonus loyalty points and a chance to win one of 50,000 Picard gifts!

OBJECTIVE
For this significant celebration, Picard had several objectives:

1. Boost in-store and online sales.

2. Strengthen the loyalty of existing customers.

3. Attract new customers while increasing conversions.


SOLUTION
