Review of a passionate CRM workshop in Berlin

Over 20 customers and interested parties were guests in Berlin and spent over four hours discussing sales and our CRM software . In addition to a general exchange of experiences on various sales measures ( cold acquisition via call center, warm acquisition via newsletter), we mapped out a series of standard sales processes in CentralStationCRM and showed how the software supports and simplifies everyday sales work.



The workshop participants in Berlin had very different backgrounds. An excerpt:

telephone acquisition
journalism
In addition to these fields that we cayman islands telegram screening already know, a pastor from Berlin was also a guest who organizes communication with the members of his congregation using our contact management solution. That was new to us too.

Passion & enthusiasm among the participants
We were particularly surprised and delighted by the passion and fervor with which the smallest details of CentralStation were discussed in Berlin. Even if we cannot (or do not want to) implement every idea, the suggestions and ideas help us to think about how we can improve. The workshop made it very clear which considerations we have to make every day when developing further. Functions that would be very helpful for one person can mean extra work or confusion for another. The consideration and decision of whether and how to do this is then up to us.

We were very pleased with the level of interest in CentralStation itself and, in particular, with how intensively many of our customers engage with it. For many, our software is the first port of call for information in their own company and is accordingly important. We are delighted that many of our customers have such a close relationship with CentralStation and do not see it solely as a technical tool.

This further positive experience (we also had a successful workshop in Cologne) encourages us to continue offering CRM workshops in the future.
