We decided to implement artificial intelligence in our activities. On February 9, 2023, we launched ChatGPT testing for managing the bank's social networks. I wrote about it on my page, and the post received wide support and many positive reviews. This is a rather unusual story for a state-owned bank - the use of advanced technologies, but our experience has shown that even in times of crisis, one should not be afraid to experiment and look for new approaches.

We created a minimum viable product (MVP) to test how artificial intelligence could work in our environment. Unexpectedly, this sparked a lot of kuwait phone number search interest on social media: there were a lot of comments, questions, and interactions about our experience with AI implementation, its features, and future plans for use. The resonance was so strong that dozens of media outlets wrote about us, including New Voice and MK Today.

Even at the testing stage, our initiative attracted the attention of a wide audience, which was a real success for the brand. Although at that time we had not yet deployed this technology on an industrial scale, this decision caused a lot of noise and discussion.
