Last year, we introduced a new service to SCAN users, InfoPovody . It was developed using one of the advanced multilingual machine learning models and can group publications describing the same event with high accuracy and calculate analytical indicators for such a group. What did you like?
The service provides a quick analysis of the media field around a specific news item or topic . It calculates indicators for a news group on the fly: coverage, visibility index, number of publications.

" I liked the visibility chart: you can immediately see which event is the most noticeable in the information field. The index and coverage are also displayed, and I like this clarity. In addition, Info-reasons exclude duplicates. I also like that even small info-reasons have their own statistics. For example, the release of sturgeon fry or the installation of heat exchangers. I see the numbers and can quickly analyze them - this allows me to solve applied problems. And these statistics will be useful for strategy ."

News hooks use one of Google's advanced multilingual USE machine learning models and the accumulated expertise of SCAN to determine the meaning of a publication as accurately as possible and identify news related to the same event.
