Aid to promote youth entrepreneurship
The entrepreneurship grants awarded by the EOI Foundation aim to promote self-employment among young entrepreneurs who are not in work or integrated into education or training systems, so that they can start their project.
Who is it for?
To all young people registered in the National Youth Guarantee System (SNGJ) file.
Requirements to be beneficiaries
Young entrepreneurs who wish to access these grants must meet the following requirements:
Providing, along with the application form, a photocopy of the DNI and a certificate of being registered with the SNGJ, before the start of the entrepreneurial activity.
Either electronically , through the headquarters of the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy.
Either online , for people at risk of social exclusion or with a recognised disability of 33% or more. In these cases, it will be sufficient to submit a form authorised by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security at the registration offices of the General State Administration and the autonomous communities.

The EOI Foundation has been developing programmes to promote entrepreneurship in Spain for over 20 years.
What does self-employment assistance consist of?
A maximum of 3,000 euros is granted per beneficiary to cover the economic activity carried out in the 6 months following the formal start of the entrepreneurial activity, with the following particularities:
The amount may not exceed 75% of the amount of eligible expenses.
Payment is made upon receipt by the beneficiary of proof of the completion of the activity covered by the aid, which includes eligible expenses (external collaborations, participation in fairs, corporate image design, web positioning, etc.).
The start of business activity must begin within a maximum period of 60 days from the day following receipt of notification of the granting of the subsidy.
Before payment is made, the beneficiary must prove that he/she is up to date with his/her tax and Social Security obligations .
Aid to industry. The “Activa Crecimiento” program
Since 2017, the EOI Foundation has also collaborated with SMEs by granting aid to boost the growth of the industry. However, following the outbreak of COVID-19, Spanish companies are facing a tough economic situation , so it has become necessary to modify some points of the initial program. Thus, “ Activa Crecimiento” was born , a personalized advisory system for companies.
