Sales Mistake 1: Linking Your Sales to Your Self-Worth

Post by arzina998 »

Potential customers will only buy from you if they know you exist. And if they have a problem that they want a solution for and they trust you and your solution. So you want to highlight these points in your communication. How you make this clear to your target group does not matter.

But do it. If you want to take the highway to entrepreneurial success, you have to sell. There has to be a point where money changes hands. A point where one says to the other: "shall we then?" You should ask yourself, for fun, how often you don't seize this moment.

Especially when giving confidence in your solution, selling comes into play, which makes it a potential pitfall. You will have to explain why your solution is a good solution. You may have to say things that you can't easily say. Not because it is lying, but because the arguments you prefer to use may not be the arguments that give the other person the insight needed for the sale.

I have seen that there are three sales mistakes hospital mailing list that are made by many entrepreneurs. And as far as I am concerned, they are deadly. Not for you, but for your business. Here they are:

“If I make a turnover of a ton, then I am a good entrepreneur and therefore a good person. If I don’t make it, then I am worthless, a failure and I will never amount to anything.” Don’t let that little voice inside you make you insecure that doesn’t doubt the value of your service but your value. Your service is a diamond, so don’t sell it like a lump of coal!

Sales Mistake #2: Seeing Only One Way to Get What You Want
There are many roads that lead to Rome. And there are also many roads that lead to entrepreneurial success, to more sales or to more turnover. By only seeing one way, you only try that one recipe. While you keep taking steps towards Rome if you try different recipes and see what works for you.

So experiment for example whether it works for you to hire an assistant. See if speaking suits you. Make a vlog instead of a blog. And don't let that inner voice that raises all kinds of objections hold you back. Realize that these are just your thoughts and thoughts are not true in advance (see also factor 5 about your state of mind ).

Sales Mistake 3: Not Asking for the Sale
Don’t leave the sale hanging in the air, so that potential customers can start to hesitate and not know what the intention is. People need to know what to do if they want to do business with you. Entrepreneurs often let customers pass them by by skipping this last step.
