Project presentation: Pitching to experts

Some of the aspects we evaluated were:

Navigation: Is it easy to find products?
Checkout process: Is it intuitive and fast?
Visual design : Is it attractive and consistent with the brand?
We also conducted tests with real users to obtain direct feedback and adjust our recommendations. It was a very enriching process that allowed us to better understand users' needs and expectations.

Once the audit was over, it was time to present our work. We had the opportunity to pitch the project to a jury of experts in UX and Retail, composed of Jonathan Frojmowicz and Juan Pablo Menchon Hoffmann, among other top-level guests.

The presentation was a great success. We presented our recommendations and the implementation roadmap in a clear and concise manner, highlighting the benefits that these improvements would bring to the list of argentina cell phone numbers Argentine National Team's E-Commerce. The feedback from the jury was very positive and we feel very proud of the work carried out.

Lessons learned and next steps
Working on this project taught me a lot. I learned the importance of putting the user at the center of all decisions and how a good UX can make the difference in the success of an E-Commerce.

Furthermore, this experience allowed me to meet amazing professionals and strengthen my skills in user experience design. I am very grateful to have had this opportunity and I am eager to continue learning and growing in this field.

User experience is crucial in any e-commerce. A well-designed site not only attracts more visitors, but also converts them into loyal customers. A good UX facilitates navigation, makes the purchasing process intuitive, and reduces abandonment rates.
