The decision did not come from above, it happened in the most logical and democratic way possible: we voted. I speak on behalf of the entire team and I don't think I'm wrong if I say that the name OTO was chosen mainly for its meaning, for the related references, for the sensations it manages to evoke and, obviously, for the musical reference ! In fact, probably few people know that OTO , besides being an acronym, means SOUND in Japanese.
