Content versus process
What is a process? I can best explain this with an example. Imagine you and I order a pizza together. While we do this, we can talk about two things: the content and the process.

Content is about what kind of pizza we order. For example, we ask ourselves which pizzeria we are going to, what kind of pizza it will be and how big it is. All questions are focused on the content or on what we are doing.

When we focus on the process, we think about how we order the pizza. What do I expect from you and you from me? What do I expect from the pizza? And how do we decide which pizza it will be.
