When working on several projects in parallel, there is a high risk of starting to copy yourself. In the case of different pavilions for the same exhibition, this is a particularly pressing problem. Therefore, before starting work on several projects, it is important to pay special attention to creating the concept of the projects.
In our case, the task was to create pavilions that would tell about the past, achievements of the present and plans for the future of each ministry. The concept would seem similar. However, it makes sense to present each industry differently: in one, to focus on technology and entertainment, in another - on the atmosphere and immersion, in a third - on the educational component. And therefore, the meanings need to be conveyed differently, to avoid the feeling of secondary nature in general and in jordan telegram database relation to our projects to each other.
Even tight deadlines do not eliminate the need to develop a concept, make detailed designs, and work with the client.
It may seem that when there is a shortage of time, it is better to launch some aspects into implementation without waiting for the concept to be developed. But this is a mistaken approach: the changes that may arise will cancel out the work done, and resources will be wasted.
At exhibitions, we create a story route that balances between creating emotions and delivering information. This is our signature approach to projects. We divide the route into blocks: immersion, development of the plot, interactive and informational zones. We do it so that the visitor does not get tired. Some halls are more "visual", others are more interactive. An emotional route map is created for the project. Only after creating a detailed concept and completing the design, we move on to implementation.
