My personal impression is that coaches are popping up everywhere. Can you confirm this development and what do you think of it?
You become a coach because you enjoy interacting with people.

I can agree with that, it's actually true. Basically, I think that the market for coaches is there. Our everyday working lives are much more complex today; in the IT sector alone, there are so many things that didn't exist before. This also leads to a greater need for coaches with very different focus areas. Despite this, I have already seen many people who started out as coaches and then stopped again. You don't become a coach because you want to earn money. You become a coach austria telegram screening because you enjoy interacting with people. I believe that clients sense which coach sees their work as a calling and that the market will regulate itself.

My challenge is to bring concepts such as consciousness development and mindfulness into large corporations and companies. The digital workplace presents us with huge challenges. Simultaneity and interruptions are constantly present, there is so much that the brain has to process. But we still have that old hard drive in our heads, nothing has changed. Managers in such high-performance systems often have no concept of consciousness development and mindfulness, and see it as something spiritual from the esoteric world. It can be proven that people are more productive and get sick less often as a result. I am always very happy and satisfied when I can win over people who are very rational to these topics. And for me it is both a challenge and an incentive to convey these values.

Do you have employees?
I have outsourced certain tasks, for example to my tax advisor, but otherwise I am a one-woman show. I used to work in sales with employees, but I have come to the conclusion that I am the best at selling myself.
