Your target group includes the customers you want to address with your product and to whom you want to sell. If you now tell yourself that every individual or every company out there is a potential customer, you are on the wrong track. Creating your target group generously and only carrying out a rough market segmentation may seem sensible and simple at the beginning. At the end of the day, however, you are making more work for yourself and throwing a lot of money out the window through untargeted marketing .
