Which industry am I enthusiastic about?

What I am enthusiastic about is coffee .
Not just drinking coffee, I'm interested in the beans, where they come from, how they were roasted, what the process was like, what the supply chain is like.
What the conditions are like where the coffee is grown and so on.
So, I'm interested in everything that goes with it.
I just find the industry super exciting.
Because I think it's also a great drink that has made people happy for thousands of years.

The second step, once you've decided on an industry, is to not target the entire industry and just write about coffee.
That would be way too wide.
