Interactive content increases engagement

Post by mahbubamim077 »

1. Over-reliance on technology and neglect of campus stories and culture
Problem: Many schools focus on showing off their buildings and facilities , but this information is not enough to create real appeal for students and parents.

Solution:

Incorporate campus culture into VR tours , such as school history, special teacher database courses, extracurricular activities, etc.
Through personal sharing by students and teachers , visitors can feel the school atmosphere and values.
2. The interface design is not intuitive, affecting the user experience
Problem: If the operating interface is too complicated, parents and students may not be able to use the VR tour smoothly or even give up watching it directly.

Solution:

The easy-to-understand navigation system allows users to quickly find the area they want to visit.
Provide guidance and operating instructions for novices to lower the technical threshold.
3. Content update frequency is too low and information is outdated
Problem: After many schools’ VR tours are completed, they have not been updated for many years, resulting in information that is inconsistent with the actual situation, affecting the trust of parents and students.

Solution:

The VR tour content will be updated at least once every school year to ensure that the information is up to date.
Add dynamic content features , such as instant announcement areas and event promotions, to keep the tour content fresh.
4. Ignoring data analysis will not improve navigation results
Problem: Without tracking visitor behavior data, it is difficult for the school to determine which content is most popular, resulting in the inability to further optimize the tour effect.
