An example of such a collaboration

I think it is a matter of the cooperation of parties. That cooperation then takes place between the government, market parties and other organizations. In this they would at least have a coordinated role, but preferably a cooperation. The government can be both national government and local. The municipality of Haarlem has also set up a program with market parties for solar panels that are delivered with a discount or collectively.

If we want to get rid of the use of fossil fuels, wind and solar energy (among other forms) are an obvious choice. Solar energy is easy to generate by a private individual and panels should be able to generate enough for the use of an average household.

The sun does not always shine, so we have to store energy if we want to have energy. You can store it in various ways, for example by converting it to another form. But storage in batteries is high school senior mailing list more obvious, whereby we leave the return to the grid (netting) out of use for the time being.

The energy bill for households is often divided into gas and electricity. Gas for heating and cooking and electricity for household appliances. If gas is eliminated and everything becomes electricity, the result is that investments must also be made in the home for central heating and gas stoves. In addition to the panels and storage capacity, of course. Depreciation and lifespan normally run synchronously, so that all hardware is depreciated over a period of 20 to 30 years. But these are not just parts that can easily be taken with you when moving, such as a refrigerator or TV. It should therefore also be part of a mortgage or better yet: as a service that you purchase from a party (all in one).

And what about netting?
Netting is now being scaled back and will no longer be possible in a few years. It is therefore better to have the capacity to use it yourself, instead of supplying at a low rate and buying at a high rate. Capacity is needed for that.

Finally, you have the financing. Can something like this be included in a mortgage or is it better to do it separately, because you write it off sooner? Is there a possibility to do this without investment? For example, in a subscription form where you can pay a party for the energy that you generate yourself and where the payment spreads the costs, making it easier to bear.
