Since 2025, supplements to pensions for disabled people of group I and citizens over 80 years of age who need care have been established. The supplement will amount to 1,200 rubles, and will be indexed annually along with the pension. If a person receives two pensions, the Social Fund will assign a supplement to one of them.
The supplement will be credited to the pensioner's account from this year onwards, and will not be paid to the person providing care. Thus, the amount of the supplement can be indexed every year and there will be no need to submit applications. A supplement will also be paid for caring for a disabled person from childhood of group I (except for parents and guardians caring for disabled people from childhood of group I).
Payments in the amount of 10 thousand rubles to parents and guardians caring for disabled children of group I will be retained, the changes do not affect them, and in relation to children with list of real mobile number database disabilities, the previous procedure for providing such payments in the amount of 10 thousand rubles will be retained.
