I understand the wishes and ambitions of these entrepreneurs and I like to help them realize these.
Trust in each other is strengthened and the goodwill factor will play an even greater role. People like to do business with people they know personally. If you know that an average of seven contact moments are needed before 'business' is done, you realize that the new way of networking, omnichannel, makes a positive contribution to shortening this trust trajectory. Jeffrey Gitomer has written an interesting book about the contact moments, called 'The Black Book for Networkers'. And time is still money.
