How to react as a blogger if your readers start to get into each other's mouths

I recently had a negative experience with readers who started accusing each other. I explain how I solved the issue and my position on the case.

You may have already experienced these unpleasant moments. Imagine that you are organizing a party with several guests where you want people to have a good time. Among them are two people who are bosom enemies without you knowing it beforehand.

They start to make a scene in your living room. The rest of the guests stand around watching the scene with embarrassment.
My personal experience: when your readers start accusing each other
I had the same situation recently. It started with a comment jordan mobile number that didn't really catch my attention at first. It was hinting that one person had copied content from another person without mentioning names directly, leaving a link to the blog itself. Without having referenced it directly, it was possible to find a post after a bit of searching that deals with the case in detail with names. I haven't read it yet and I don't plan to.
24 hours after approving the first comment, the response from the accused arrived. Almost without realizing it, there was an exchange of messages between the accused and the one who accused. The situation was in danger of getting out of hand, making my blog look more like a chat than a personal log. After giving the accused one last chance, I decided to close the comments.
My position on the conflict between the 2 readers
I confess that this is the first time I have not been very clear about how to behave. I will explain my position on this matter:
I have preferred to remain neutral and not know the details of the case since my role is not to be a judge but to share knowledge.
The other readers are not the jury either, so my decision was to close the comments to cut the matter short.
A blog, and especially not mine, is the right way to find out who is right and who is wrong. The legal way is.
I didn't want to risk getting sued by one of the two parties asking to drop the accusations on one side or the other.
