The estimated active account generally accounts for contractual claims to which we are entitled, but whose exact amount is not known at the time of accounting. These are revenues such as revenue rewards, premiums, bonuses, discounts, etc. The claim and its amount are usually agreed upon contractually. From the contract, it is usually possible to find out how the amount of the claim is determined and how to calculate it as accurately as possible. The lessor accounts the energy revenues for the given year, which the tenant will pay to him, on the estimated active account.
