How to measure brand loyalty?

There are many ways to measure loyalty that have been developed over time. Generally, they are divided according to the source of the information they use.

On the one hand, there are methods that collect data through transaction analysis ; that is, they are based on recording actual behaviors, such as the number of purchases made.

With these numbers, a wide variety of predictions can be made regarding possible user behavior.

Another option is to use information the customer provides whatsapp number list before making the purchase; that is, the declaration of interest. In this instance, a survey is often used to collect data.

However, none of these approaches can, by themselves, provide us with concrete and comprehensive information on user loyalty levels.

The Net Promoter Score arrived as a completely innovative mechanism: survey responses were compared with actual customer behavior.

Several questions were tested until the one that worked best was chosen, the one we already mentioned: How likely are you to recommend the brand to your acquaintances?
