Daily optimization of advertising campaigns

Every day, the results of advertising campaigns were analyzed using data from Roistat. The main focus was on assessing the effectiveness of individual ads and identifying those that brought in quality leads. This allowed us to turn off ineffective advertising and concentrate efforts on those channels that showed the best results.

In the main report, the CPL and CPQL columns are important to us. The client has different levels of requests depending on their status. We look at the CPQL column to understand which ads are working, which layouts twitter data are bringing requests, and which ones are target requests. We turn off what is not working.

CRM integration and data analysis
Since all information about interaction with clients was recorded in the CRM system "EkaterinodarInvestStroy", when integrating with Roistat, it became possible to evaluate the results of the campaigns conducted. This approach helped to quickly respond to promising requests and analyze customer behavior in detail. All information about clients was recorded in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and improving the quality of decision-making.
