The Emilia Romagna region with Regional Council resolution no. 652 of 29 April 2019 has reopened the call for innovation by allocating another 2.2 million euros of non-repayable contributions for professionals. Applications open from 15 May 2019 until 5:00 pm on 30 May 2019. The closing terms will be brought forward upon reaching 150 applications.

Goals:
With Regional Council resolution no. 368 of 11 March 2019, the Emilia-Romagna region promotes innovation for the expansion and strengthening of services offered for the growth of freelance activities .
Recipients:
Freelance professionals , VAT holders, carrying out reserved activities, registered pursuant to art. 2229 of the civil code with professional orders or colleges and their respective pension funds, who operate individually, in association or as a company
Non-professional professionals with VAT numbers, self-employed, operating as individuals or associated with “formally constituted firms” (excluding the form of a business). Registered with the INPS separate management, including members of recognized professional associations pursuant to Law no. 4/2013.
To obtain non-repayable contributions, the following types of intervention are possible:
Interventions for technological innovation
Interventions to reorganize, restructure and strategically reposition freelance activities
Interventions to spread the culture of organization and the economic management/evaluation of professional activity
In the case of aggregate forms, the proposed initiatives must favor communication and marketing actions, promotional services, as a tool for strengthening the systemic competitiveness of the territory and of the professionals of the territory.
Type and size of contribution
The incentive, in the form of a non-repayable grant, is granted under the de minimis regime , in the amount of 40% of the investment deemed admissible or 45% if one of the following hypotheses occurs:
an increase in employment is achieved;
there is relevance of the female/youth component;
in the event that the beneficiary is in possession of a legality rating;
whether the operational headquarters is located in a mountain area or in the 107.3.C. areas defined by the European Commission.
Projects must have a minimum eligible investment size of €15,000 , while the maximum amount of the contribution that can be granted for each project cannot exceed the overall sum of €25,000 .
Call deadline
Applications for contributions must be submitted from 10 am on 15 May 2019 until 5 pm on 30 May 2019 and must be sent electronically via the Sfinge 2020 web application .
Please note: the closing date will be brought forward once 150 applications have been received.
