SMART (intelligent in English) is an acronym that allows you to remember in a mnemonic way the 5 fundamental criteria for setting objectives, whether in management, project management, or sales management. This method is also highly valued for allowing you to tangibly evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing strategy for generating leads. Its goal is to make the defined objectives clear, understood by all, and to leave no possible misunderstanding.
SMART defines goals as follows:
– S for Specific,
– M for Measurable,

S for Specific
