Preparation is key to the success of our events. We put in the work 2:30 hours before each webinar to make sure everything is in order. This includes reviewing the webinar content, testing the technology, and coordinating with the speakers. Plus, we always have a plan B in case something goes wrong. This preparation gives us the confidence to deal with any unforeseen events and make sure the event is a success.

How have you managed to manage the growth in attendees?
Managing the growth in attendees has been a challenge, but also an opportunity to improve. When we realized that our original platform couldn’t handle the number of attendees, we decided to migrate to YouTube.

This platform allowed us to reach more people and offer a better experience to our attendees.
