When asked about their level of satisfaction with the different social networks they use, respondents gave WhatsApp the highest score : 8.4 . This once again places it as the highest-rated social network for another year , and with a slightly higher score than in 2023 (8.3).

In second place is Spotify . The audio social network has obtained an average rating of 7.9 , which has allowed it to climb from the fourth position it occupied in 2023 (7.8). Closing the top 3 is YouTube , which goes from 7.9 to 7.8 this year.

Other networks that have seen their user ratings increase this year include: TikTok (from 7.6 to 7.7), Snapchat (from 6.5 to 7.3), Twitch (from 6.8 to 7.2), Discord (from 6.5 to 7.1) and Tinder (from 6 to 6.8).

Although Threads did not stand out in the minds of users when it was launched, it has not received good ratings from them either. In fact, it is the worst rated on the list, with a score of 5.9 . Other austria number data networks that have not fared too well this year, as their scores have been penalized, are: BeReal (from 7.9 to 7.1), Reddit (from 7.3 to 7.1), Pinterest (from 7.5 to 7), X (from 6.8 to 6.5) and Telegram (from 7.3 to 6.3).

Facebook remains the social network with the highest number of users leaving, although the trend is slowing
As for social media abandonment, this trend remains at the same levels as in recent years, with 3 out of 10 users having left a platform in the last 12 months . Something that also remains the same is the fact that Facebook remains the social network with the highest number of users abandoning it, with 19% (3 points less than in 2023).

Snapchat, meanwhile, remains the second social network that has been abandoned the most, with 16% (2 points less). Meanwhile, on this occasion, TikTok and X are tied, as 15% of users have stopped using them in the last 12 months. In the case of X, this represents an improvement compared to its results in 2023, when 17% of respondents had abandoned it, but for TikTok, the opposite is true, as in 2023, 12% of respondents had deleted their profile.

Likewise, the profile of the average "social network abandoner" is exactly the same as in 2023: a woman, around 37 years old, with a university education and who is employed.
