In the 21st century, our brain continues to function as it did in prehistoric times. No one has taught us how to manage our emotions or how our mind works, which is why society is heading towards a dead end.

We are emotionally illiterate, the educational and social system has programmed us like this, it has made us believe that our happiness is outside and that is why we have become dissatisfied beings who only long to have, instead of being and looking inside ourselves to discover that that is where our true treasure is.

Improve your level of attention and awareness by calming your mind
We believe that we are our thoughts, but nothing could be further from the truth. Our thoughts are not even our own. All the beliefs we have are marked by the education we receive at pakistan phone data home and at school, the experiences we have had and the context we have lived in. All this acquired information is what determines the way we live.

When we are little, up to 2 or 3 years old, we are like a blank book, innocence invades us, we judge nothing and time does not exist, enjoying every moment. When we grow up, the “ego” = mask = “false self” is created , which we begin to use as a means of survival and that is very good, we need it, the problem is that as adults we identify with it, we believe that we are that and we live disconnected from our being, unconsciously, without paying attention to what we do, in automatic mode and while our mind transports us to other places and tells us about other people who are not part of our present moment, creating our reality.

An illusory reality, which we confuse with the real reality. What were you thinking about today when you were having breakfast? Were you appreciating the taste of your coffee, your toast? Were you consciously stirring your coffee and admiring the spiral that the liquid formed? Or perhaps you were thinking about not having a traffic jam on your way to the office, about finding a place to park early so you wouldn't be late for work and your boss wouldn't scold you again...

Think about it... In reality, while you were having breakfast, you were not enjoying your breakfast, you were not alone, you were not even at home, you were stuck in a traffic jam having breakfast with your boss, because you believed all your thoughts and ate breakfast on automatic mode.
