The Spanish marketplace sector will meet on October 5 in Madrid at the Aliexpress Seller Conference

ANDOn October 5, the Goya Theater in Madrid will bring together representatives of around 300 Spanish companies at the AliExpress Seller Conference , in a day that aims to become the starting gun for 11.11 , the largest shopping day in China and the most important purchasing event for Spanish SMEs that sell their products on the platform.


AliExpress will offer its vision for this edition of 11.11, details of its marketing efforts and the different resources it will make available to sellers in Spain to make their participation in the shopping event more effective. The platform will also present important innovations in logistics for Spanish sellers, as well as tools, tips, and best practices to succeed on the largest shopping day of the Marketplace worldwide.

As the company explained in a statement, “in the last three years, the Spanish market has been the second most important for AliExpress in terms of gross merchandise volume during 11.11 . In 2020, the bahrain business email database participation of Spanish companies in 11.11 registered a growth of more than 130% compared to the previous year . ”

The event, which will be held from 9:00 to 15:30, will feature the participation of Aliexpress Global CEO Mingqiang Wang , who will speak exclusively about the company's plans and strategy for the next edition of AliExpress's most important shopping event in the world ; Estela Ye, Executive Director of AliExpress Spain, Italy, France and Portugal ; Laureano Turienzo , President of the Spanish Retail Association ; William Wang (General Manager of AliExpress in Spain, Italy and France) and Ignacio Zunzunegui , Marketing Manager for AliExpress in Spain , along with other speakers from AliExpress, sellers and service partners , who will address topics of interest and share experiences to help Spanish sellers participating in the next edition of 11.11 improve their performance in this campaign.

As Estela Ye explains, “the community of AliExpress sellers in Spain has grown steadily since we opened the platform to them in 2017. With an event like this we seek to get closer to many of these sellers and share with them resources, experiences and a space for dialogue, with the aim of helping them achieve better performance and success in this upcoming 11.11.”
