Agile x offshore team building starts with respect and communication. #FANSHIP_1st
Hello. I'm nonask from the PR team. On the one-year anniversary of
iRidge's smartphone location-based O2O solution, popinfo's fan development platform, and the brand renewal to FANSHIP , we asked the members to look back on their experiences and talk about their future aspirations in the #FANSHIP 1st project.
In the fifth and final installment, we interviewed the members of KIWI Universe from Vietnam, who are part of the "existing strengthening team" that appeared in the second installment.

On the far left is Cong, with Duc and Hoa in between, iRidge Director Umemoto, KIWI President Thai Ha, Fukukado on the front right, and Sugii next to him (the photo was taken when I visited KIWI previously).
──Please tell us about the KIWI team.
Bridge SE Minh:
Today we have Cong, the team's TechLead, Hoa, the mood maker, and Duc, the team's PM, with us.
During this online interview, Minh acted as an interpreter between us.

Bridge SE Minh:
I have daily meetings with Fukukado from iRidge and myself as a bridge SE.
Other than that, we communicate on GitLab or Slack depending on the task, mainly when we have questions or issues.
iRidge FANSHIP Existing Strengthening Team Leader Fukukado:
We are a team of several iRidge members and KIWI members, and we are using agile methods to develop the game. We develop
the game in one-week cycles, so we make a plan every week and communicate with Minh, the bridge SE, to decide what to make and how to make it.
