Whether it's a change request, a report request, a feature, or a client request, a small delay in approval can push back the entire timeline. So why not create an approval workflow that allows you to track and approve requests quickly?

Send a message in the channel for team visibility in the Slack template(s)

via Slack Pending just open the Slack workflow builder and choose the following:

Getting started with a link in Slack
Collect information in the linked form: Feature Request, Change Request, or Report Request
Send a message in the channel for team visibility and a DM to the person who sent the request, confirming receipt
Collect votes on a proposal
Gather votes on a proposal in the Slack template(s)

Let's say you create a few technical design proposals and want to choose the best one taking into account your team's suggestions.

Start by posting your design to the appropriate Slack channel. Then, let the team know about using an emoji in the voting process . Team members who reacted with an emoji will receive a voting form in their Slack DMs. To summarize the votes, you can download the results as CSV files.
