Culture / Company Culture

Post by sohanuzzaman54 »

Have you ever made an event plan/run down event and it suddenly didn't go as planned? Surely you have, right? Hehehe. Well, this is the function of simulation. You can calculate/guess what obstacles might arise during the implementation of work from home. So, a solution can be found together. Isn't that right?

Usually, the biggest obstacle when employees are trying to stay productive when implementing work from home is not being able to focus on work . There are always things that break concentration. For example, a fussy child. Or maybe the bed starts singing "come lie down, lie down, it's nice." And many other things. Hehehehe.

In the simulation you will see many field facts that will be faced by the company when implementing work from home. The biggest challenge is communication. Of course not. When in the office, you list of ukraine cell phone numbers just "poke" the person you want to talk to. Well, it's different when you work at home. If you want to communicate, you need the help of tools. You don't know the exact condition of the person. It could be, when you ask, they are in a meeting with a client, or even saving in the toilet. Hehehehe.

From there, the potential for miscommunication gaps, to other technical problems, will be seen. What is clear is that an evaluation is really needed to see whether the protocol / policy / regulations regarding work from home are in accordance with the needs of employees and the company. Don't let the implementation of work from home be chaotic just because of trivial problems that can be avoided. Wow, that's a lot of effort. What is clear is that creating a good system is already difficult. Especially if the requirement to be "flexible" is added. It will be many times more difficult. However, that doesn't mean it's impossible, right?

This seems to be the most difficult. It seems like huh.. So it's uncertain hehehehe. It could be easy, it could be difficult. It depends. What is clear is that if the company has formed a culture of flexibility & has the motto "ease people's lives" this should be able to be formed quickly. Trust me, the resilience of a company's system will be tested by emergency conditions beyond the company's control. What just happened was the corona outbreak .

If the company's system & culture are good, then difficult conditions can be passed gracefully. It doesn't mean it's easy. It still takes effort. It's just that it's quite helped by a company culture that is already good. Of course, to form a company culture that is alert to changes that occur (both in terms of business, environment, and the way the company works) cannot be formed in the blink of an eye. Everything has a process.
