Receptive leaders are comfortable with digital and 80% believe that digital transformation is a real benefit for their company. It is noted that a significant proportion of this category has sophisticated digital tools:

almost half have management software (47%),
55% are present on social networks,
18% have a merchant site,
25% use online document exchange platforms,
20% buy keywords for better SEO,
11% sell online on a marketplace.

In terms of support, 40% of statics do not want to be helped, 33% prefer digital training relating to their sectors of activity. This segment has a size of approximately 745,000 companies .
