At the beginning of the war, 100% of our clients stopped working. Although there is a certain amount of contracts from other markets, all work stopped completely for the first two weeks. The main focus was on team coordination, on searching and helping to leave dangerous places and find housing. In March, we resumed work for all clients who work and are in other markets. In April, about 18% of Ukrainian clients resumed work.
Now the war continues and it is difficult to say anything about further prospects. In thailand rcs data addition, we have a serious percentage of large postpaid business. Payments of 70% of such clients are currently frozen, but we are gradually reducing this percentage, although this is not a simple matter.
What new directions and markets are you developing?
We have an office in Kazakhstan. In peacetime, there were not enough resources for the active development of this direction. Therefore, first of all, now my team has focused on this direction. There are already certain results from the beginning of the war.
We are currently launching in the UAE. I believe in this direction and have always wanted to try it. Now is the time. Launching is a very difficult issue. There are specifics of the country, specifics of obtaining a phone number and other nuances, but we are ready and will fully start working in the new market in May.
