Pages in the site structure
There is no mandatory list of required pages. The resource can be a single-page site. But if the project is larger, visitors usually see a set of basic entries and sections that are suitable for most projects. Search robots also pay attention to them, and this is useful for promotion.
Home – from here the visitor gets to the link to the entry or section of the resource that interests him. Most often, professionals perform the layout of this page last, after the development of the general scheme. This simplifies the display of all key sections in a convenient form.
Many developers do not use the word "Home" in chiropractor email address menus and breadcrumbs, as it takes up space and spoils the look. Instead, you can use a house icon or the company name. And sometimes it is worth removing the "Home" link from the menu altogether if the project logo leads to its beginning.
Contacts are an important element of any project. Their presence and design influence the company's communication with clients. If there are many communication channels, you should choose only 1-2 of the most important ones and place them in the header. And the rest can be indicated in the "contacts" section. Search robots always analyze it, so it is recommended to place as much information on communication there as possible: social networks, managers, physical address (insert map), city phones, company details. All this data is often wrapped in schema.org micro-markup.
If there are several mailboxes and telephones, they must be signed and designated as responsible for what. If there is only one operator, the mobile number can also be signed with a name. Do not forget to indicate the working hours on days of the week and the time of receiving calls (this information can be repeated in the header).
Errors: lack of micro-markup, no incentives to contact, uninformative data, poor and unattractive design.
Delivery. If the resource is somehow related to delivery (it doesn't matter who does it), then create this entry and list all possible options. You can post a list of recommended transport companies with the proviso that you do not do delivery yourself. This way, you will make life easier for your customers and increase the chances of ordering your goods.
Do not specify "shipping worldwide". It is better to describe in detail the places and conditions of delivery - terms, working hours, free/paid, etc. If you deliver goods in different ways, then describe them all. Add a visual display of the map of offices and pick-up points. Thanks to this, customers will quickly get their bearings and make a decision.
Payment. If your project has a payment system, this information element should be added to the site structure. Describe possible payment methods, fees, conditions, discounts.
Questions and Answers; FAQ; FAQ is a section that is often underestimated. It allows you to unload the operator's work, you just need to post answers to the most common questions.
Tip: If the "Answers" section is not visited, change its name to something more interesting: "What we are not asked about, but in vain" or "Questions that we are asked most often."
About the company; About us – most resources mistakenly indicate information about the project, personal successes of the blogger or achievements of the organization here. In fact, this section should contain examples of what you can give to the client + guarantees (cases, achievements, diplomas, etc.).

Reviews; Feedback is a mandatory element of the resource. If you do not provide your visitors with the opportunity to leave suggestions\reviews, then review resources will do it. Make the functionality of reviews as convenient as possible to fill out. Save the visitor from having to go through mandatory registration or enter a complex captcha. Encourage writing a review with emotional and material motivation.
