The simplest approach is to perform all the necessary manipulations manually. The sequence of actions will be as follows:

Make sure that your new host is compatible with Bitrix (use the bitrix_server_test utility for this). If not, and you do not have enough technical knowledge to solve the issue, contact the technical support service.

Copy all your files from the old host (provided that everything is OK in terms of compatibility). Use an FTP manager for this. Plus, you need to drag the data through phpMyAdmin.

Move all databases and files from Bitrix to the corresponding directory of the new hosting provider. There, in the new location, you need to create a DB with a name, password and first user. And then import a copy of the old database via phpMyAdmin.

Now change the password to the moved database, remove the old one and specify a new one (from the previous point). Using a text editor, open the dbconn.php file (in the /bitrix/php_interface/ folder) and enter new passwords (for the user and the database).

The final step of transferring a Bitrix site to a new hosting is reconfiguring DNS. All that remains is to wait for the new settings to update.
