create an information model

Post by thouhidul32 »

Thus, for objects involving budget investments, two scenarios are relevant today:

If the contract for design work is concluded in the period from January 1, 2022 to September 1, 2024, the information model is generated without the CIM
If the contract for design work is approved after September 1, a complete information model is formed together with the CIM
For shared construction projects, the determining factor will be the date of the assignment for saudi arabia phone number engineering surveys or design:

If the task is approved before July 1, 2024, and the construction permit is planned to be obtained before January 1, 2025, there is no need to even
If the assignment is also approved before July 1, 2024, but the construction permit is received before January 1, 2025, the information model must be formed, but without preparing the CIM, since the contract and assignment were drawn up before the entry into force of PP No. 614
If the assignment for engineering surveys or design is approved after September 1, 2024, both the IM and the CIM must be generated.
Problems with the new regulation and XML schema
The regulator believes that the information model should be in XML format, but Resolution No. 614 also contains a reference to the use of alternative formats in cases where XML schemas are not approved on the regulator's website. However, this reference contains a typo that points to the wrong item listing alternative formats. In a commentary on this error, Sergey Dragomirov stated that he is currently involved in preparing a letter to the Ministry of Construction to officially confirm this typo. This typo needs to be corrected, since government customers who use standard design documentation depend on it.

The expert then drew the audience's attention to recent updates to XML schemas used by the State Supervision Authority in control and supervisory activities during architectural and construction supervision, as well as schemas for executive documentation, noting that Russian software developers are not ready for the new measures:

"Can you now ask everyone who sells software that implements the formation of XML documents of executive documentation: have they managed to rework their solutions to form these documents according to new schemes? I think not," Dragomirov asked the audience.

Nevertheless, there is also positive experience in Moscow: the Department of Urban Development Policy and the State Expertise of the city have developed and updated the requirements for digital information models. These requirements are structured and include a description of the formats and components of the digital model of a capital construction project. Thus, in Moscow, not only the XML format is used, as in Resolution No. 614, but also other formats. According to Sergey Dragomirov, these documents can serve as an example for developing the requirements of a federal regulator.

He also noted that 16 new regulations on information modeling technology have been developed in Moscow, which consist of three blocks and five main documents. The main documents are already available for review. The regulations spell out the goals and objectives of forming an information model, requirements for three-dimensional and high-polygon models, as well as methodological recommendations for adapting estimate standards.
