After the round of introductions, a very exciting part follows: session planning. Sessions are the individual lectures, seminars, workshops or discussion rounds at a Barcamp. Unlike at commercial conferences, the topics are not decided in advance. Everyone can, may and should contribute.
The fascinating thing is: It works extremely well!
Even on Friday and Saturday at the InspiCamp, there were hardly any session slots left in the session planning for the two days. Somehow, everything organized itself perfectly.
The only problem that usually czech republic telegram screening arises is a luxury problem. That's what happened to me again at the last InspiCamp:
On both days I was "spoiled for choice" and had trouble deciding between the great and varied offerings. But even that has been taken care of. It's completely okay if you notice during a session that you would rather be in a different one. You can then simply leave the room quietly and go to another session.
But it can also happen that you meet someone on the way there and you spontaneously decide to talk or work together on a topic or project. As the organizers of the InspiCamp, Marit Alke and Katrin Linzbach, put it so beautifully: surprises are to be expected!
