I heard a lot about sales scripts, someone says that this is the last century, someone says that these are standards of sales for the template, and I decided to figure it out myself when I saw the topic of the webinar.
From the webinar, I realized that scripts are an excellent tool that saves time for both the leader and his subordinate. For me it is of great benefit, because I have to spend a lot of time with beginners and teach them sandplay therapy the basics, approaches, chips, etc. By developing and writing the material once, you can get a working tool on which you can train new «managers with packs », and attach your strength mainly to control, personal sales and analysis of the company's sales.
This webinar, in my opinion, will be beneficial for managers of various levels involved in organizing the work of sales departments.

I took a couple of interesting things for myself. I’ll definitely start rewriting the company’s outdated scripts and template phrases. I really liked the point about recording conversations and listening to them to identify some weak and pumped places. I plan to apply this work on my own calls.
I will be happy to advise the webinar to my leader and familiar managers so that they try to update their old and beaten sales scripts.
