Navigate to Store > Configuration

To remove the tml extension from the end of a URL, you can take the following steps:

In the "Directory" drop-down menu, select "Directory"
Select the "SEO" drop-down menu
Look for "Product URL Suffix" and "Category URL Suffix"
Replace the "tml" field with ""
Select Save Configuration
The result will be neater, easier to read URLs for your store.

Please note that this works best for brand new Magento germany mobile database sites . This change will automatically adjust all URLs on your Magento store. If your store has been around for a while, changing this field may actually cause a drop in rankings without a proper migration plan. Therefore, Torres that have been established for a while may want to consider keeping the "tml" extension.

Additionally, without the "tml" extension, the old URL path will not automatically redirect back to the new URL. This means that you may need to implement global redirect rules to ensure that the old page is redirected to users and search engines.

4. Redirect
Global redirection
Magento does implement global redirects on your website. This means that if your store uses a "" subdomain or "s", Magento will still redirect the user to the correct destination URL if the user does not enter these attributes. This is very useful for improving the user experience of your website, because in this case, even if the user does not enter the exact destination URL, they should land on the right content.
