Phase 1: Observation (duration: no more than 6 months)
This is also called the teaching phase.

We all know it from apprentices. At the beginning they just stand there with their mouths open.

That's what happened to me when I watched my father hammering away. I felt as meaningful as a wax figure at Madame Tussauds.

People cannot really help at this stage because they have no idea and don't even know the basics.

It’s no different with blogging.

At the beginning you have no idea about technology, writing style , marketing and audience business.

In this phase you observe.

People consume a lot.

A lot.

"If I had eight hours to cut uae phone number list down a tree, I would spend six hours sharpening the axe."

This apprenticeship phase is the phase in which you sharpen your saw.

It would be stupid to just start with a blunt saw, i.e. without any basic knowledge.

But be careful: many bloggers are trapped in this phase for years.

This phase of observation should not last longer than 6 months. Otherwise, there is a risk that you will never get around to taking action.

The Americans call it “paralysis by analysis.” You analyze and plan so much that after 350 years you write your first blog article – and then delete it again.
