The second step, once you've decided on an industry, is to not target the entire industry and just write about coffee.

You take this little piece out of the industry.
And these have to be “players with money” .
That is very important, yes.
That you target people within this industry who have money and who spend money.
Because otherwise you're writing for people or building a business around people who don't want to spend any money.

For example, I would n't take the normal consumers who just drink coffee .
Yes, these are people who go to Aldi, buy their coffee for €6 and are happy.
