What is competence?
Competence is a set of knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as personal and business qualities of a person that are necessary to perform a task. These characteristics necessarily manifest themselves in behavior. They can be measured to predict the employee's effectiveness in the future.
Competence is not only skills and knowledge, but also how a person uses them in work.
