I have no merit

Post by jrineakter »

I had a career in the industry for a little over 9 years. It went well for me and it was thanks to my attitude, because I was on time, because I did my work very professionally and with a lot of professional conscience, with the desire to do well, the desire to do better. If I said, I'm handing in a report for Wednesday, the report was finished on Tuesday, Wednesday really at the latest, but I never missed these different commitments. And the attitude helped me enormously for my work.

And of course, as an entrepreneur, creating your own business, creating a community like Français Authentique, it's obviously... your success will depend a lot on attitude, it will depend much more on attitude than on know-how. It's even more true, I think, for an entrepreneur. So, it helped me and it still helps me on a daily basis, because today I don't have a boss to tell me: "Johan, you have to do this. Johan, you have to finish this thing by this date", so I have to have an attitude that allows me to do things when it's necessary and in the way it's necessary. I'm the one who has to decide to innovate etc. so I absolutely need this good attitude.

And it is this good attitude that ultimately helps me and helps Français Authentique to meet the success it currently has. Of course, there is the response of the community etc. there are iraq whatsapp number data many other things that come into play, but the good attitude that I am lucky to have allows me to be effective quite simply.

in all this since the attitude, often… it is not always true, we will see, but very often, a good attitude is something that we inherit. And for me, this good attitude was clearly instilled in me by my parents. It is my parents who, by educating me, by making me an independent person, transmitted to me the fact of having a good attitude.

What I'm telling you today, I realize it at 40, but never during my studies, I said to myself: "Johan, you have to have a good attitude". I did the things for which I had been programmed, not genetically, I think, but programmed by my education. So, I can only say: "Thank you mom, thank you dad", since it is they who transmitted this good attitude to me.

Then, indeed, when I was independent, I cultivated it, but you can't cultivate something you don't have, so I have no merit on the subject. I simply, as I said, inherited it.

I see it… I think I was clear about the importance of having a good attitude, but I see the damage that a bad attitude can do on a daily basis. The people I work with, whether partners or clients, people I work with who don't have a good attitude, are people who are much less effective, who are much less successful. I saw that in the industry too, again. Sometimes, they are people with great know-how, great skills, often also good intelligence, but they are less effective and less successful because they don't have the right attitude.
