4. Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter

The Hardware and Devices troubleshooter in Windows can scan your devices for problems and attempt to fix them automatically. You can try running this tool and see if it fixes the "Display connection may be limited" error on your Windows 10 or 11 computer.

Step 1: Press Windows+R to open the Run dialog box. Type the following command in the Open box and press Enter.
