Keeping your blog up to date when you have work, family, friends and also want to do some exercise to relax from work can seem like an impossible challenge in some cases. I am convinced that with good organization it is possible to publish at least one post per week (or more). Here are my tips for blogging when you have a busy schedule.

I'm sitting at Munich airport and waiting for my flight back to Madrid. For me, it's a good time to write a new blog post. I'm lucky that writing relaxes me and even when I'm tired like now, it doesn't take me a lot of effort to write.
busy schedule blog writing
Although my daily routine doesn't usually allow me much time to write new articles, I have learned to find spaces in my schedule that allow me to publish a new post at least once a week. If you'd like to write a blog, here's what I would do:
Reserve time in your calendar to write : if you plan the writing of a korea mobile number post like a meeting in your calendar, you can reserve that time for a post. If you don't block time, you will obviously never "find" time. There is always something to do. With a little training, you can write good posts in a short time .
Prepare a document with ideas : many ideas do not come directly when you are writing. I simply have a Word file called “ideas” where I have a list of post titles and some brief notes. If you have to start writing an article without first having a concrete idea, writing it will take you much longer.
Make use of downtime : Train or plane rides are often downtimes where it can be easier to write an article than to work on your investor presentation or next client proposal. Identify your downtime and use it to keep your blog up to date.
Working with outlines : There isn't always time to finish a post in one go. If you know that you're going to start writing as soon as possible, you take the pressure off of finishing a post every time you start writing. With outlines, you can even make the most of 15 minutes that you would otherwise have spent waiting or doing something else that wasn't very productive.
