Weiss Technik GmbH, based in Reiskirchen, is a globally active company whose solutions are used in research and development, among other areas. With its two business units, Environmental Simulation and Air Solutions, the company covers future-relevant areas and thus makes a decisive contribution to, among other things, air conditioning technology.


Initial situation
As a member of the Schunk Group, Weiss Technik wanted to leverage the existing hungary phone number data HubSpot Enterprise for another business unit.

We offer comprehensive onboarding for new customers and HubSpot users so that teams can use the system quickly and efficiently.

Our onboarding at Weiss Technik pursued several clear goals to optimally prepare the marketing and sales team for the use of HubSpot while taking Schunk's requirements into account:

Communicate features: Familiarize the team with all the important features of the system.
Lead Nurturing & Automation: Implementation of lead nurturing and marketing automation solutions in marketing.
Newsletter tool: The quick replacement of the existing newsletter tool.
CRM usage: Use HubSpot's CRM features efficiently for sales.
Introducing Smarketing: Establishing the first steps in Smarketing.


what did we do?



The onboarding was divided into several phases to optimally cover the different requirements:

Dates & Structure: The onboarding comprised 12 two-hour sessions, with a preliminary kick-off meeting and a concluding feedback session.
Topics & Participants: Due to the different subject areas and requirements for HubSpot, the meetings with different groups of participants took place alternately on-site at Weiss, at one medialis, and online.
Kick-off meeting: The dates, locations and participants were determined at the kick-off meeting.
Implementation: The onboarding sessions were always conducted with at least one of our HubSpot Certified Trainers. Additional experts from specific areas were brought in for specific topics.
Materials: After the onboarding sessions, Weiss received the recordings and presentations so that new employees could also benefit from the content.
Further content: In addition to teaching the basic functions of HubSpot, the 12-part HubSpot Enterprise Onboarding also offered further content and exclusive one medialis best practices in the areas of inbound marketing, lead generation, content creation & strategy, and search engine optimization.
