Centralizing Database Management with emBlue

Several months without writing a line of code: I missed it! With the excuse of adding to SquadS Ventures an #email channel visualization board to centralize the management of the #DDBB #DataBases of all companies (Boris Returns, Inbound Tools and Mental Test Lab), I returned to an “auxiliary” task that I never stopped doing in times of 100% emBlue agenda: helping the team to visualize cross-company information.

Centralizing database management in a single Dashboard
At SquadS Ventures we have a high demand for the management of our Databases. We have our #CRM (we use NetHunt CRM) and we use emBlue (of course!) for the management of conversations by #mail and #sms and as a “source of truth” for the contactability of each of our recipients. The challenge: to bring the data from emBlue to a cross-company Dashboard that allows all those involved in the different businesses of SquadS Ventures to understand how we are performing on these two channels:

Recent activity: I want to understand if we are improving our engagement and audit the work carried out by the #growth area .

Contact Valuation: I want to understand the contact value of my Database asset; how many people are likely to be engaged by my next conversation.

Database Growth and Depth: I want to understand if we are nurturing our #DDBB jamaica mobile phone numbers database of Prospects and Clients correctly.

Let’s dive deeper into each of these elements to understand how emBlue and our CRM help us manage and optimize our databases, and how this impacts our growth and engagement strategies.


The challenge of centralizing information
At SquadS Ventures, database management is crucial to the success of our operations. With multiple companies under our umbrella, we need a solution that allows us to have a clear, centralized view of all our interactions and contacts. This is where our CRM and emBlue come into play.

NetHunt CRM provides us with a robust platform to manage our customer relationships, while emBlue allows us to handle our email and SMS communications efficiently. The combination of these tools gives us a competitive advantage by allowing us to have a holistic view of our databases and our interactions with contacts.
