Omnichannel has taken on renewed importance with the latest trends in digital transformation, demonstrating the importance of good multi-platform positioning. Evan Lai, General Manager of Foreo for Western Europe, has been invited to talk about this necessary strategy.

The presentation will take place in the main theatre auditorium between 11:00 and 11:30 on July 8, the second day of the E-Show. Lai will talk about Foreo's corporate culture, as well as the brand's tools and strategies for building its omnichannel structure.

July 8, 11:35 / Customer experience, changing inside and transforming outside
This last talk on our list will take place in the Customer brazil business email database Experience auditorium on July 8th, between 11:35 and 12:00. The guest speaker will be Ramón Ramos, Expansion Leader in Spain for Ikea. Ramos will talk about Ikea's adaptation process to the new macrotrends in the market. This process is part of an effort by the large chain to change its business model and focus it more on consumers.

This process has been continuously being worked on by the Swedish chain for 4 or 5 years, but has received a greater boost due to the pandemic situation last year.
