On Twitter you make short and quick contact and tickle to take action. So you use Twitter to arouse curiosity for the story. Facebook lends itself well to sharing (static) images with text and here you can effectively generate attention for an event or action. So you ideally use Facebook to tell about the ' what ' and ' when ' of the story.
You use Pinterest to support your story with impressive images. And you use Google+ to explain the story. To tell the ' how ' and ' why ' behind the story. It is the look behind the scenes, it is the dialogue.

An active Google+ account is a click away for those with a Gmail account taiwan mobile phone number list and a bit more work for those without. Through your content, you ensure that people will follow you, actively use their Google+ account or create one.
What else you can do to increase your number of followers:
Use your owned media to generate attention for your Google+ page. Use your Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, website, what not;

Place a Google+ icon on your website and make it possible to share articles, photos or other shareable content from your website within Google+ as well.

Once you have a page, be consistent with posting content and believe in the success of your Google+ page. Over time, Google+ will also become a logical part of your owned media and it will become easier to maintain and fill it with content.
Redundant, but I will emphasize it anyway: do not create a second Facebook page or website of your Google+ page. Give your audience a reason to join you within Google+ as well. It is not a disaster if there is some overlap in terms of content, but try to limit this as much as possible.
