How to Share GA4 Exploration Reports

GA4 exploration reports can also be shared within your team or with other users. Here are two ways to share reports:

Share via "URL"
The exploration report you created can be shared via URL. However, when sharing via URL, you must give the user permission. The user permissions when sharing via URL are as follows:

The user who shares the file must have "Editor" or higher permissions.
The shared user must have "viewer" or higher permissions.
To share your exploration report, follow these steps:

1. After setting the user permissions, open the hong kong mobile phone numbers database exploration report you want to share.
2. Click the share button in the upper right.


3. Copy the displayed URL and send it to share. Note that the shared user can only read the exploration report, not edit it.


Export and share
Users can also share exploration reports by exporting (downloading) them. However, the user who exports them must have "Editor" or higher privileges. There are five formats that can be exported:

Google Spreadsheets
TSV
CSV
PDF
PDF (all tabs)
To share via export:

1. Open the exploration report you want to share.
2. Click the download icon in the top right and select the appropriate one from the drop-down menu.
