In order for the outcome of a goal to be clearly assessed, it must be measurable. Depending on the situation, the measure will be a specific number, a percentage designation, or some ratio.
An example of a SMART goal formulation with a measurable result: “increase product turnover by 10%.”
Here, a series of clarifying questions will also help you:
How do you know when you've achieved your goal?
What indicator does its achievement depend on to the greatest extent?
To what extent will this indicator be a signal of success?
What intermediate tasks can you identify and what deadlines are acceptable for them?
What will be the measurable characteristic of the intermediate tasks?
What should their indicators be to show that everything is going according to plan?

By answering all these questions, you will get a more complete and detailed picture of the process of achieving the goal. If some intermediate results do not meet expectations, this allows you to understand in time what is the obstacle, re-evaluate the situation and, if necessary, adjust the remaining values.
